Can you tell me about Wyndham Vacation Resorts?
Established in 1969, Wyndham Vacation Resorts, Inc. is one of the leading vacation ownership companies in the United States. Why are these offers so attractive? What's the catch?
We have the buying power to negotiate low room rates and we pass on the savings to you. We also understand that your time is very valuable, so in exchange for you spending your time to learn more about Wyndham Vacation Resorts' products and services we offer you discounted accommodations and special premiums. Timeshare sales presentation is required.

Is the price per person per night?
Most of our package prices include accommodations for 2 adults and 2 children (under age 18) and any other premiums mentioned in the package details. There are a couple of exceptions that will be listed in the package details if they apply: Packages listed with per person after the price and some hotels have a maximum number of people in a room.

Do kids stay free?
Most packages include accommodations for up to two children under the age of 18.

What type of accommodation will we be staying in?
The packages feature standard hotel room accommodations and in some cases you will stay at a Wyndham Vacation resort as specified in the package details.

How long is the timeshare presentation?
The fun and informative presentation lasts 90 or 120 minutes (depending on location) and will introduce you to a beautiful Wyndham Vacation resort. Obviously, you are under no obligation to purchase anything.

When will the presentation take place?
You will check into our welcome center on the first day of your stay and your presentation will be scheduled then, usually for the following day.

Do packages include airfare or car rentals?
No. However, our travel agency can help you arrange it after you have purchased the vacation package.

Can I bring more people with me?
If you would like to bring more people, call our call center to check on availability. You may be able to either add more people or get an extra room. Additional fees vary.

Can I add additional days to my trip?
Yes, you may either purchase a package that includes additional nights or add nights at an additional per night fee.

Can I combine your packages?
No. You may only travel on one package every six months.

Why are residents of certain states not able purchase certain packages?
Each state has different laws and regulations on marketing timeshare vacations. Some destinations may not be approved for marketing in your state. In order to abide by the regulations, we cannot offer those destinations to the residents of that particular state. We continually work to make our packages as widely available as possible.

Are Non-US residents eligible for these packages?
At this time only residents of the certain US states are eligible. Other countries such as Canada or UK have different regulations on the marketing of timeshare vacations and our packages are not approved for marketing outside the US.

When can I use my package?
Your reservations are based on availability on a first come first served basis. You should request your arrival dates 30 days in advance for best availability. And don't forget each package has a different expiration date listed on the package details.

If I change my mind, can I receive a refund?
The offer includes a 15-day money back guarantee upon written request from receipt of your confirmation letter.

Once I've booked my dates, what is the rescheduling policy?
You may reschedule or cancel your arrival date without penalty up to 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date. No changes will be permitted within 72 hours. Failure to comply with this policy, attend the sales presentation or meet the eligibility requirements will result in forfeiture of the package price and the benefits of the package.

When do I receive the listed premiums?
You will usually receive the premiums after you have attended the full presentation.
